Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis within 30 days from the date of purchase and return shipping will be at your expense. All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to serve you better, please do not return items without contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN). It may take up to 4-6 weeks to process your return. If you do not have a valid RAN, your return may take longer to process or may not be accepted. If your return is not accepted, shipping to return the item to you will be at your expense. Returns will be processed less original shipping costs for both orders with paid shipping and "free" shipping.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship are typically processed through manufacturer warranty claims. In those instances, the manufacturer will need to be contacted directly.
Baby Carriers: Due to safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for any baby carriers. ALL BABY CARRIER SALES ARE FINAL.
Cloth Diapers, Panties, and Breast Pads: Due to hygienic and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for any cloth diapers. ALL HYGIENE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL.
Tula Blankets: ALL TULA BLANKET SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS.
Open Box Fee: If an item is used, washed, and / or has tags removed, returns may be assessed an open box or restocking fee of up to 5%, along with the 20% restocking fee.
ORDERS CANCELLED PRIOR TO SHIPPING WILL BE ASSESSED A 5% CANCELLATION FEE TO COVER PROCESSING FEES RELATED TO BOTH THE PURCHASE AND RETURN.
